HMLV production — small batches of complex, varied parts — is the backbone of defence and energy supply chains. Traditional workshops handle it manually, resulting in low utilization, long lead times, and limited traceability.

Aurelian's smart factories are engineered from the ground up for HMLV excellence: rapid automated changeover between part types, digital twin validation before first cut, and a self-calibrating software stack that optimizes every production run based on accumulated data across all facilities.

Our target utilization significantly exceeds the industry average — approaching the theoretical ceiling validated by Siemens for HMLV environments. Every machine hour makes the platform smarter. Every new site starts ahead.
